Hippocratic AI has introduced two new voice-based AI products aimed at improving both patient access and clinical workflows: AI Front Door and Nurse Co-Pilot. AI Front Door is designed to replace fragmented call center experiences with a single, continuous patient interaction that can handle scheduling, lab results, billing, and follow-ups in one conversation. The system maintains context across channels and builds an ongoing relationship with patients, enabling more personalized and coordinated care while reducing friction typically associated with traditional “digital front doors.”
The company’s Nurse Co-Pilot focuses on supporting bedside nurses by automating time-intensive tasks like admission education, discharge preparation, and medication guidance. Co-developed with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, OhioHealth, and Cleveland Clinic, the tool integrates directly into the EHR, allowing nurses to initiate AI-driven patient interactions that generate structured summaries and transcripts for review. Early positioning highlights the potential to return one to four hours per shift to nurses, reinforcing Hippocratic AI’s broader push to reduce administrative burden while enhancing patient communication and care continuity.
