Hippocratic AI announced several new senior executive appointments as the company continues expanding its generative AI healthcare platform across providers, payors, and life sciences organizations. The hires are focused on strengthening customer success, legal and regulatory oversight, communications, and revenue operations as demand grows for the company’s AI healthcare voice agents. The announcement follows Hippocratic AI’s recent launches of Nurse Co-Pilot and AI Front Door, both powered by its Polaris LLM architecture, as well as the company’s $141 million Series C financing announced in late 2025.
The new executives include Dr. Avik Ray as Vice President of Strategy in the Office of the CEO, where he will help lead FDA regulatory strategy, clinical publications, and market expansion initiatives. Jenna Rogers and David Fraser were both appointed Vice Presidents of Customer Success to support healthcare system partnerships and large-scale implementations. Kashif Rashid joined as Chief Legal Officer to oversee legal, regulatory, and corporate affairs, while Ann Neir was named Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Operations to help scale sales and customer success systems. Cynara Lilly also joined as Chief Communications Officer to lead communications, media relations, and government affairs efforts. Hippocratic AI said these appointments support its goal of responsibly scaling safe, non-diagnostic AI healthcare agents designed to assist with care navigation, chronic disease management, follow-ups, education, and preventative care.
