The ranking, created in partnership with Statista, evaluated 2,700 privately-held U.S. companies across three key areas: company reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth, analyzing approximately 7 million data points to identify the top 500 startup employers.
Among the companies recognized, Hippocratic AI ranked 44th on the list. The healthcare-focused AI startup, founded in 2023 and based in Palo Alto, California, demonstrates the strong presence of AI companies in the ranking—a reflection of the sector’s explosive growth and its status as a highly desirable place to work in today’s job market.
