Hippocratic AI has introduced two new AI-powered solutions—AI Front Door and Nurse Co-Pilot—aimed at improving patient access and easing clinical workload. AI Front Door is designed as a single, voice-enabled interface that replaces fragmented call centers and digital entry points, allowing patients to handle scheduling, billing, lab follow-ups, and care coordination in one continuous interaction. The system maintains context across phone, text, and app channels, helping create a more seamless and personalized patient experience while also supporting caregivers and improving overall care coordination.
The company’s Nurse Co-Pilot focuses on supporting nurses by automating routine but time-consuming inpatient tasks like admission education, discharge preparation, and medication adherence guidance. Developed with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, OhioHealth, and Cleveland Clinic, the tool integrates directly into the EHR and generates structured summaries from patient interactions. Early results suggest meaningful efficiency gains—saving up to four hours per shift—while maintaining clinical oversight. Both products run on Hippocratic AI’s Polaris safety architecture, which has been validated across more than 180 million patient interactions, reinforcing the company’s positioning around safe, scalable, and patient-centered AI.
