Hippocratic AI Included on Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers 2026

Hippocratic AI was named to the Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers 2026 list, a ranking developed with Statista that evaluates U.S. startups based on employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and company growth. The selection process analyzed more than 7 million data points from over 20,000 eligible companies, with about 2,500 qualifying for deeper review and only 500 ultimately included in the final list announced on March 3, 2026.

The company develops generative AI healthcare agents designed to support patient engagement while remaining non-diagnostic, meaning the systems are not used to prescribe medications or make medical diagnoses. CEO and cofounder Munjal Shah said the recognition reflects the team’s commitment to building technology aimed at expanding healthcare access and creating what the company describes as “clinical abundance.” Hippocratic AI has raised approximately $404 million in funding and is backed by investors including Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Kleiner Perkins, Avenir, NVIDIA’s NVentures, Premji Invest, SV Angel, and Google’s CapitalG.
