Hippocratic AI has introduced its Healthcare AI Agent App Store, a platform enabling clinicians to design AI-driven solutions for patient care across more than 25 medical specialties. Since its launch, over 300 AI agents have been created by clinicians specializing in areas such as cervical cancer check-ins, postpartum mental health, wound care, diabetes screening, and rheumatology. These clinician-built tools demonstrate the platform’s focus on leveraging medical expertise to create patient-centric applications. According to CEO Munjal Shah, the initiative emphasizes collaboration with licensed clinicians to ensure safe and effective AI solutions, aligning with Hippocratic AI’s mission of advancing healthcare through innovative technology.

The app store simplifies AI agent creation, allowing clinicians to develop tools in under 30 minutes without programming skills. Developers receive financial incentives, earning 5% of base fees and 70% of any premium rates. Each AI agent undergoes a stringent three-step verification process, including licensure confirmation, testing, and validation by a network of over 6,000 nurses and 300 doctors. Amy McCarthy, the company’s Chief Nursing Officer, highlighted the co-design approach as a cornerstone of the platform’s success, ensuring that solutions meet patient and caregiver needs while adhering to rigorous safety and ethical standards. This launch reinforces Hippocratic AI’s commitment to fostering safe, compassionate, and clinician-driven AI innovation in healthcare.
