Hippocratic AI has been recognized as one of Forbes’ America’s Best Startup Employers 2026, ranking 44th on a prestigious list of 500 companies. The award, announced on March 3, 2026, was created in collaboration with Statista and evaluated startups based on three key criteria: Employer Reputation, Employee Satisfaction, and Company Growth, analyzing more than 7 million data points from over 20,000 eligible companies.
CEO and Co-founder Munjal Shah attributes the recognition to the company’s mission of “providing clinical abundance” and creating an abundance paradigm in healthcare. Hippocratic AI, which develops generative AI agents for healthcare focused on non-diagnostic patient-facing applications, has raised $404 million in funding from leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, and NVIDIA’s NVentures.
