Hippocratic AI has announced Agentic Orchestrators, its next generation of healthcare AI technology. The system coordinates teams of specialized conversational voice AI agents through a supervising intelligence, allowing them to work together toward broader outcomes rather than completing individual tasks. The company says its experience with more than 250 million patient interactions showed that improving measures such as readmissions, medication adherence, chronic disease management, patient access, and follow-up requires multiple agents working together.
The new platform includes more than 30 orchestrators designed for payers, providers, and life sciences companies, covering areas such as readmission prevention, chronic care, patient retention, clinical trial enrollment, and medication adherence. Hippocratic AI says its technology is built on its Polaris safety architecture and has been validated by thousands of clinicians, with more than 250 million patient interactions completed without a serious safety incident. CEO Munjal Shah described the launch as a shift from AI completing individual healthcare tasks to coordinating care and engagement across entire populations to improve outcomes.
