Hippocratic AI: $126 Million Series C At $3.5 Billion Valuation Raised To Advance Safe Generative AI Across Global Healthcare

Hippocratic AI has raised $126 million in Series C funding at a $3.5 billion valuation, bringing its total funding to $404 million. The round, led by Avenir Growth with participation from CapitalG, General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, Premji Invest, Universal Health Services, Cincinnati Children’s, WellSpan Health, and notable angel investors, will support global expansion, product development, and strategic acquisitions. In just 15 months since launch, the company has partnered with over 50 major health systems, payers, and pharmaceutical firms across six countries, completed more than 115 million patient interactions with zero safety incidents, and developed more than 1,000 clinical use cases. Hippocratic AI’s non-diagnostic, patient-facing agents are designed to assist with scheduling, chronic disease management, and follow-ups, aligning with its mission to deploy generative AI safely and empathetically across healthcare.

The new capital will further investment in Hippocratic AI’s Polaris Safety Constellation Architecture and accelerate adoption among global healthcare organizations seeking to scale operations without compromising patient trust or safety. Investors and partners praised the company’s rapid growth and strong safety record: Avenir’s Andrew Sugrue cited its leadership in “agentic healthcare,” Andreessen Horowitz’s Julie Yoo called it one of the fastest-growing healthcare enterprises, and General Catalyst’s Hemant Taneja lauded its alignment with a proactive, accessible health system. Healthcare leaders from OhioHealth, WellSpan, University Hospitals, Cincinnati Children’s, and Advocate Health echoed the same sentiment—recognizing Hippocratic AI’s agents as reliable, empathetic tools that extend the reach of care teams while maintaining the highest standards of clinical safety.
