These AI agents will support tasks such as appointment coordination, patient education, health risk assessments, and follow-up interactions across Burjeel’s hospitals, clinics, and physiotherapy centers in the UAE and Oman.
A key feature of the initiative is the deployment of culturally attuned, multilingual AI agents fluent in Arabic and the Emirati dialect. These agents will be integrated into various specialties, including oncology, cardiology, neurology, and orthopaedics, ensuring localized support and empathetic communication throughout the patient journey.
