The collaboration was announced during Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare Week and is aimed at modernizing patient engagement by deploying multilingual, culturally aware AI agents to support tasks such as appointment scheduling, health risk assessments, education, and follow-up care. Burjeel Holdings emphasized the importance of balancing advanced technology with personalized care, hoping to use the agents to reduce wait times, ease staff burdens, and improve clinical outcomes in specialties including oncology, cardiology, neurology, and orthopedics.
Munjal Shah, CEO and co-founder of Hippocratic AI, highlighted the shared mission of achieving “healthcare abundance” through scalable, compassionate AI solutions tailored to local needs. Hippocratic AI’s Polaris 3.0 platform, which serves as the foundation for these agents, boasts a 99.38% clinical accuracy rate and has already facilitated over 1.85 million patient calls. The Polaris system includes supervisory models that ensure quality across medications, lab results, nutrition, and escalation protocols. This partnership not only strengthens Hippocratic AI’s international footprint but also showcases its ambition to make high-quality, empathetic healthcare support accessible across linguistic and cultural boundaries.
