Hippocratic AI Consolidates Life Sciences Leadership with Acquisition of Grove AI and Key Executive Appointments

Hippocratic AI expanded its life sciences business through the acquisition of Grove AI, the launch of a dedicated Life Sciences Division, and the formation of a senior executive advisory council. The expansion follows the company’s $126 million Series C round and builds on more than 150 million clinical interactions powered by its Polaris safety architecture, extending its generative AI agents across biopharma and medtech workflows spanning research, clinical trials, commercialization, and post-market patient engagement.

Grove AI adds agentic AI capabilities for clinical trial operations, including patient recruitment, engagement, and follow-up, with its technology supporting over 10 million patient interactions in life sciences R&D over the past year. To lead the expanded division, Hippocratic AI appointed Ahad Wahid as President of Life Sciences and entered into a strategic collaboration with Boston Consulting Group to help biopharma and medtech organizations adopt generative AI at enterprise scale. According to co-founder and CEO Munjal Shah, the expansion reflects the need for deeply specialized models and rigorous safety architectures to operate effectively within highly regulated life sciences environments.
